SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS FROM MAINLAND EUROPE

Please note we are experiencing disruption to shipments of art supplies from mainland Europe which is likely to impact on our delivery times and quantity of products which can be purchased. Thank you for your patience.

UK Shipping

We operate a flat rate delivery charge of £5.20 across the UK and use various shipping carriers, primarily Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to alter all prices including delivery charges at our discretion.

IMPORTANT: Note that larger, bulk orders can be affected by additional charges due to weight and size. Once you place an order, we will check for overall weight and size and if your order is affected, we will contact you before shipping. If you are not happy with the new shipping charge, and want to withdraw your order, we will reimburse you timeously.

We normally dispatch orders within 24 – 48 hours and delivery is usually within 7 working days unless items are being specially created for the client in which case delivery time will be longer due to the production process.
