Christmas Coffee Masterclass Sunday 2nd December 5-8pm

This Masterclass will suit anyone with an interest in making and drinking great tasting coffee. It will be held in the Lomond Art Gallery, Cow Brae, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5JQ, Sunday 2nd December from 5-8pm.

This class will cover flavour, home brewing techniques, coffee science, equipment, filtration, traceability and sustainability and much more besides. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a Question and Answer session and, more crucially, brew their own coffee!

Sean will also cover decaffeination processes and since it’s an evening event, decaffeinated coffees will also be available.

You will also leave with a 200g bag of uniquely blended coffee specially roasted by Sean for the Christmas Masterclass with a bespoke Christmas Masterclass logo as a keepsake.

COST: £25 BOOKING : This course is limited to 12 participants and for this reason, bookings must be made in advance. About Sean Elder @_seanelder_ Sean is a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Diploma holder and an Authorized SCA Trainer in Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills and Brewing. He ran his own coffee shop until 2017 before embarking on further training in coffee blending, tasting and roasting. He also has a SCA certification in Roasting. Currently, Sean is Head of Blend Development, Tasting and Training for James Aimer Ltd in Dundee, and has been instrumental in designing a new Coffee and Tea Academy as part of James Aimer’s continued drive to improve the quality of coffee and tea consumed in the out-of-home market.
