Schmincke Medium W Gel - for water mixability 35ml tube

Gel for mixing with oil paint allowing the paint to be mixed and thinned with water. Won’t thin paint down due to thickness of gel. Mix 2 parts paint with 1 part gel to make ready for all types of painting including impasto and thinner applications and blends. When finished, simply clean with water. Produces no colour change when dried, and is water resistant, increasing gloss and transparency. Quick drying. Ideal for artists with allergic reactions to solvents or who are working in confined spaces or at home and don’t want to the smell of solvents permeating the room. Offers an alternative to water-mixable oils. Does not compromise colour.
