CHANGE TO OPERATING TIMES

Thank you to everyone for their support over the past year. Because of you we can continually reinvest in new products and ranges.

Big thank you also to the folk who participated in our random survey of clients and customers. We have now reviewed your contributions, and these have gone into reshaping the way we will deliver our services.

It’s evident from the demand in our bespoke framing service, we need to strike a balance between our workshop activities and those associated with our retail section. This inevitably means reorganising our workload and establishing new opening and closing times for our gallery/art supply shop.

Feedback indicates we should try and be more accommodating to people who work and find it difficult to visit between 10am -4pm, particularly when we are closed for lunch from 12-1pm. For these reasons, the gallery/ shop will now be open from Wed through to Sat from 11am to 5pm, including lunch time.

Anyone requiring framing can pop in during these times. However, we are aware that some folk may prefer to discuss their framing needs and / or purchase art supplies outside of these times, so we have come up with a flexible solution.

During our workshop-based days, Monday and Tuesday, we can arrange to meet you by appointment from 10am – 5pm at the shop/gallery. Simply call and speak to us or leave a message and we will get back to you before confirming, as soon as we are able.

It’s also worth pointing out that we are planning alterations to the gallery/ shop area and work will begin soon. This should not impact too much on our services but where there are minor inconveniences caused, please accept our apologies in advance.

Please note these operating times will be in place as of Monday 28th January until Saturday 30th March when we will review them to suit Spring and Summer conditions.
